Send your computer in
You don't need to live near our workshop. Post your laptop or computer to us and you get the same workshop repair as anyone who walks in. ARK Care plan members get the same plan benefits by post.
- Step 1Tell us what's wrong
Fill in the repair enquiry form or ring us. We'll tell you whether it can be fixed remotely first, which saves you posting it.
- Step 2Book the courier
You pay the postage both ways. We can help you book a courier if you'd like, and give you our workshop address and a reference to include.
- Step 3Pack it safely
Use a sturdy box with plenty of padding. Include the charger, and a note with your name, phone number, reference and any password we'll need. Remove discs and USB sticks.
- Step 4We repair it
We check it on arrival and contact you with what we've found before doing any chargeable work.
- Step 5We courier it back
Once it's done, we send it back to you by tracked courier.
Postage is paid by the customer. Ask us for a quote and we'll help you choose a courier.
